Contio.tech — website development
Background
Contio is a US-based company providing BPO and operations outsourcing services for large and mid-sized businesses in the United States. Its clients include technology companies, IT teams, and businesses from other industries that need a reliable operations partner.
The website needed to explain a complex B2B service quickly and build trust from the first seconds of interaction.
Create a corporate website from scratch: concise, clear, mature in tone, and persuasive enough for an international B2B audience.
The website had to work not as a formal business card, but as a tool for sales outreach and the first presentation of the company to potential clients.
Task
Challenge
Contio entered the market alongside older and larger competitors. Some client projects were under NDA, so it was not possible to simply show a strong portfolio of logos and close the trust question that way.
The advantages of the company had to be communicated differently: through clear positioning, a well-built structure, a calm visual language, and a sense of professional composure.
BPO and operations outsourcing are complex services. If the story is too general, the website sounds like any competitor. If it is too detailed, the user quickly loses focus.
We needed to find the right balance between a simple first contact and enough depth for a B2B decision.
Problem
Solution
We built the website as a consistent conversation with a potential client: who Contio is, what operational tasks it helps solve, why the company can be trusted, and how cooperation begins.
There is no unnecessary decoration in the structure. Each block answers a question that naturally appears when a person evaluates a BPO partner.
UAMASTER was responsible for the website structure, UX, UI design, frontend/backend development, animations, speed optimization, basic SEO, and web analytics setup.
First, we designed the page logic and user journey, then translated it into design and developed the website as a stable digital tool for Contio international communications.
Mechanics

The visual system of the website supports a calm B2B tone: generous spacing, clear typography, precise accents, and animations without unnecessary noise.
This way, the website does not try to outshout competitors. It confidently explains why the company is ready to discuss complex operational processes.
