Contio is a US-based company providing BPO and operations outsourcing services for large and mid-sized businesses in the United States. Its clients include technology companies, IT teams, and businesses from other industries that need a reliable operations partner.
The website needed to explain a complex B2B service quickly and build trust from the first seconds of interaction.
Build a corporate website from the ground up for an international B2B audience. It needed to explain the service clearly, establish credibility, and support sales outreach.
Task
Challenge
Contio was entering a market with larger, more established competitors. Some client work was covered by nondisclosure agreements, limiting the portfolio the company could share.
We needed to build trust through clear positioning, a well-organised story, and a professional visual identity.
BPO and operations outsourcing are complex services. If the story is too general, the website sounds like any competitor. If it is too detailed, the user quickly loses focus.
We needed to find the right balance between a simple first contact and enough depth for a B2B decision.
Problem
Solution
We organised the site around the questions a potential client would ask: what Contio does, which operational problems it solves, why it is a credible partner, and how to get started.
Each section has a specific role in helping a buyer evaluate the company.
UAMASTER handled site structure, UX, UI design, front-end and back-end development, animation, performance optimisation, foundational SEO, and analytics setup.
We defined the user journey first, then carried it through design and development.
How it worked
Generous spacing, clear typography, restrained accents, and purposeful animation support the site’s B2B tone. The design keeps attention on the services and the information buyers need.
