We understand clinics and the patient journey

We work with clinics in the USA and Europe — across 20 countries in total. We understand how the patient journey, service selection and campaign measurement differ between medical specialties.

For clinic owners and CMOs, this means a practical discussion: which services to develop, which inquiries matter and how to connect marketing with the clinic’s actual results.

Your priorities come first

Marketing built around your clinic’s goals

01

Plenty of inquiries, too few visits

Find out where patients drop off: on the website, during a call, when booking or before their first appointment. Form submissions alone are not the result that matters.

02

A service line needs to grow

You want to attract patients for specific services, clinicians or locations. We align campaigns with your priorities and available appointment capacity.

03

Spending is growing, clarity is not

Advertising platforms, CRM and finance reports show different figures. You need to understand patient acquisition costs and make informed investment decisions.

04

A new location or market

You need demand, positioning, trust and a launch plan. We adapt experience from other countries and specialties to your circumstances.

Our strength: healthcare analytics

From advertising inquiry to patient visit and revenue

We have extensive experience in end-to-end analytics specifically for medical clinics. We connect advertising spend with operational data to understand what happens after a form submission or call.

Choose a stage to see the questions analytics can answer.

Not every inquiry becomes a patient

What we investigate

Which forms and calls come from each channel, and how many are repeat, irrelevant or duplicate inquiries.

What it helps you decide

Compare channels by inquiry quality, rather than form submission cost alone.

Patient acquisition cost

The cost of acquiring a new patient who attends — using agreed cost definitions and an attribution model.

Revenue by channel

Which sources are associated with payments and subsequent visits, where sufficient reliable data is available.

Return on investment and LTV

ROAS, ROMI and patient lifetime value — to the extent supported by revenue and cost data and the observation period.

End-to-end analytics does not make attribution perfectly accurate. We agree on metric definitions, verify that events reach their destination, eliminate duplicates and explain gaps in the data.

End-to-end analytics for marketing decisions

Data you can trust

Analytics that accounts for patient confidentiality

We start by mapping the data: website, forms, telephony, CRM or clinical information system. We agree on what to measure, where to store it and what each tool may receive.

01

Advertising and web analytics

We configure permitted events and technical connections. We check parameters, URLs, page titles and forms to keep names, phone numbers, diagnoses and inquiry content out of GA4 and advertising systems.

Web analytics setup
02

The clinic’s internal data

Visit and payment information stays within the agreed CRM, clinical system or BI environment under the clinic’s control. We define integrations and access after reviewing the systems and data requirements.

Google Analytics 4 setup

We agree on the architecture with the clinic’s responsible specialists. A pseudonymous identifier alone does not mean medical data may be sent to an advertising platform.

Examples of marketing challenges

Different specialties call for different patient acquisition strategies

01

Multispecialty clinics and networks

Priorities by service, clinician and location. Separate measurement of new and existing patients, capacity and results across service lines.

02

Dentistry

The journey from inquiry and consultation to a treatment plan and payment. Understanding initial booking quality and subsequent acquisition value matters.

03

Ophthalmology, surgery and plastic surgery

Choosing a specialist and deciding on care can take time. We assess consultations, subsequent stages and an adequate timeframe for evaluating advertising results.

04

Women’s and men’s health

Sensitive communication, trust and confidentiality. Content and booking journeys should explain services without pressure or assumptions about someone’s health.

Questions before we start

About marketing for medical clinics

What is healthcare marketing?

Healthcare marketing helps a clinic attract patients, communicate the value of its services and build trust. It covers demand, positioning, websites, advertising, reputation and measurement. Look beyond inquiries to bookings, attended appointments and the ongoing patient relationship.

What role does branding play in clinic marketing?

A brand can build trust before the first inquiry by explaining the clinic’s focus, approach and clinicians’ expertise. Consistent messaging, visuals, content and service make choosing easier. We assess awareness and trust alongside acquisition metrics, rather than treating either as a substitute for the other.

Which tools do medical advertising campaigns need?

The mix depends on the specialty, geography, demand and the clinic’s readiness. It may include Google Ads, SEO, local search, Meta advertising, content, reputation management, a website and analytics. We consider appropriate email or messaging separately, taking consent and applicable rules into account. You do not need to launch every tool at once.

How is clinic marketing different from advertising other businesses?

Patients are choosing care related to their health, so trust, accurate information and confidentiality matter especially. Platform restrictions, different decision cycles, booking processes and contact center performance all affect results. Planning needs to account for them.

Can we start with one service line or location?

Yes. We can focus on a specific service, specialist, clinic or location. We agree on geography, priorities, capacity and metrics before deciding whether to extend the approach.

Can advertising be connected to our CRM or clinical system?

We first review the systems, API or export availability, status quality and the ability to work with visit and payment data. We then propose an architecture and integration estimate. We do not promise the same depth of analytics for every clinical system.

How do you account for patient data confidentiality?

We agree on the data map, access rights and what each tool may receive. Personal and medical data must not be sent to GA4 or advertising platforms. We check events, URLs, page titles and parameters separately. For international projects, the clinic’s responsible specialists help agree on the requirements.

What budgets does UAMASTER work with?

We work with projects with total budgets of 10,000–5,000,000 USD per month, including advertising spend and agency fees. We agree on the split between media and agency work based on your goals and scope.

How are agency fees calculated?

We account for the agreed scope and specialist time. Fees are not calculated as a fixed percentage of advertising spend. Additional integrations, development or materials are agreed separately. You can commission a specific service or a broader program.

When can marketing results be assessed?

The timeframe depends on the tool, demand, budget and how patients choose the service. Early advertising data is not a final measure of return on investment. Before starting, we agree on milestones and metrics, from measurement accuracy to bookings, visits and available revenue data.

Do you work with a clinic’s in-house team?

Yes. We agree on the roles of marketing, the contact center, analysts, developers and medical specialists. End-to-end analytics requires common definitions of a booking, visit, new patient and revenue, together with reliable status records.

What do you need for an initial conversation?

Your clinic’s website, geography, priority specialties and a brief description of the challenge. We can discuss budget expectations and current metrics if available. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical histories or patients’ personal data through the form. A free consultation will help define the next step.
