When an audit helps

Plenty of data. Too little confidence in your next decision.

We start with the decision you need to make, then determine what to review.

01

Your ads are running. The results fall short.

Spending is rising, but sales or qualified leads are not keeping up. Separate acquisition problems from losses on your website and in lead handling.

02

You need a stronger basis for investment

You are planning to increase spending or change your channel mix. Understand each channel’s role, the constraints, and the evidence for scaling.

03

You need an independent assessment

Review the work of your team or agency, reconcile conflicting reports, and get specific evidence to support your next decisions.

Could you spend less without losing results?

An audit can help answer that question. We identify inefficient spending and assess the consequences of reducing it. We do not promise a 20% budget reduction before reviewing your data.

What you receive

Findings you can turn into an action plan

Connect each finding to its business implications and the action worth taking.

01

Evidence-backed findings

What works, where the problems are, and which data supports the conclusions. Facts are separated from hypotheses and questions that need more information.

02

A prioritized action plan

What to address first, what needs further testing, and which actions depend on data, development, or decisions by your team.

03

A basis for implementation

Recommendations for marketing, analytics, development, and sales: what to change and how to measure the outcome.

Illustrative audit finding

From an observation to a specific action

This illustrates how a finding is structured. It is not a result from a client audit.

Observation
Advertising platforms report more conversions, while the CRM shows no increase in qualified leads.
What to check
Conversion definitions, duplicate events, lead sources, and CRM statuses.
Next action
Align measurement and the definition of a qualified lead before increasing the budget.

From a question to a decision

How our digital marketing audit works

01

Define the brief

Discuss your objectives, the problem, and the decision the audit must support. Agree on scope, deliverables, and participants.

02

Gather the inputs

Define the reports and access needed. Check data completeness and suitability, and record any gaps.

03

Analyze and compare

Review the agreed areas against business goals. Identify problems, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.

04

Discuss the findings

Explain priorities and recommendations to your team. Agree on how to assess the impact of subsequent changes.

What we need from your team

For the initial conversation, share your goals, website, and current challenge. The audit itself may require strategy documents, advertising reports, analytics, aggregated CRM data, communication examples, and sales context. Grant appropriate access through the platforms’ standard tools; do not send passwords or customers’ personal data through the inquiry form.

Digital marketing audit pricing: what shapes the quote

Cost depends on the number of areas, the scale of your accounts and websites, markets, data period, research needs, and depth of analysis.

Once the brief is defined, we agree on scope, deliverables, timing, and a quote. The initial consultation is free; the audit is a separate paid service.

Audit and implementation are separate services

Your team or agency can implement the recommendations. If you want UAMASTER to help, we agree on the implementation scope and fees separately.

Before we begin

Digital marketing audit FAQs: scope, cost, and deliverables

What is a digital marketing audit?

It is a review of how your marketing strategy, channels, website, and data support business goals. Within the agreed scope, we assess strengths and weaknesses, identify problems, and prepare prioritized recommendations.

How does a comprehensive audit differ from an advertising audit?

An advertising audit focuses on campaigns and their results. A comprehensive audit can also include strategy, UX, SEO, content, analytics, and lead handling. Your goals determine the scope; all 14 areas are not automatically included.

Can you assess our current agency or in-house team?

Yes. We compare the work, available data, and settings with your objectives and agreed requirements. Conclusions should follow from specific observations. An audit does not automatically mean recommending a change of team.

What if our ads generate leads but not sales?

Separate acquisition quality, measurement, and lead handling. Within the agreed scope, we review conversion actions, lead sources, website journeys, and available CRM data. Sales analysis can form a separate part of the audit.

Can an audit help us decide where to increase advertising spend?

It can provide evidence for investment decisions: channel roles, data quality, constraints, and hypotheses to test. Scaling also depends on business economics, sales operations, and your ability to meet demand.

Could we reduce spending by 20% and keep the same results?

That requires an analysis of spending and outcomes. We identify inefficient costs and explain the risks of changes, without guaranteeing a specific saving before examining the data.

What information and access do you need?

We agree on the list after defining the brief. It may include strategy documents, advertising accounts, analytics, aggregated CRM reports, sales data, and communication examples. Grant only the necessary permissions through standard access tools; do not send passwords or customer databases with your inquiry.

What if our analytics setup is inaccurate?

We establish which data is reliable, where conclusions are limited, and what needs correcting. We may recommend fixing measurement first, followed by a review that requires accurate data.

What are the audit deliverables?

Within the agreed scope: evidence-backed findings, strengths, errors, hypotheses, and prioritized recommendations. We agree on the format and discussion with your team before starting.

How much does a digital marketing audit cost, and how long does it take?

There is no single price or timeline for every business. Both depend on scope, project scale, data, and the depth of review. We agree on deliverables, timing, and the quote before work begins.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Yes. UAMASTER’s implementation support is scoped and quoted separately. You can also give the recommendations to your own team or current agency; the audit and follow-up work are separate services.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. We help clarify the brief and select the appropriate audit. This is an initial scoping conversation, rather than a free comprehensive assessment.
