Background

Atlas Weekend is the biggest music festival in Ukraine. 8 stages, 5 days, 250 musicians and tens of thousands of attendees.

315 thousand people visited the festival in 2017, and more than 200 musicians took part.

Idea

We developed the chatbot that would make it easier to plan and attend the performances.

We wanted to help the guests of the festival be aware of relevant information, quickly learn about the changes in the schedule.

Results

All chatbot users could discover details about performers, share the information with their friends in social media and messengers.

The organizers of the festival received detailed analytics of users interactions with the chatbot.
