We decided to develop the chatbot that would make it easier to plan and visit the performances.
We wanted to help the guests of the festival be aware of actual information, quickly learn about the changes in the schedule.
All chatbot users could discover details about performers, share the information with their friends in social media and messengers.
The organizers of the festival received detailed analytics of users interactions with the chatbot.
